Construction of a new production hall – Kovo HB s.r.o.

This week our company signed a contract for the construction of a new production hall for Kovo HB s.r.o. in Svratka. The hall will be built in the existing industrial facility and will be connected to the existing office building. Within the framework of the project, demolition of the existing structures, relocation of the existing utility networks, and construction of a new transformer station, retaining walls, levelling ramps and paved areas will also be carried out. The hall will be used for production and storage, and will also include a built-in structure with office and sanitary facilities and a lift.

The total financial volume of the project, scheduled to be launched this April, exceeds CZK 53 million. The project will be implemented by the association of RONELI SE and PWB stavby s.r.o.
