Construction of a residential building in Třebíč

Our company has signed a contract for the construction of a residential building on Modřínová Street in Třebíč. It is a 6-storey apartment block with 25 housing units with 2-room and kitchenette (2kk) and three-room and kitchenette (3kk) layouts. The building will primarily serve as starter and social housing. The investor of the project is the town of Třebíč. The total value of the contract is approximately CZK 62 million, construction work will begin in April.
