Construction of a residential building on Modřínová Street in Třebíč has started

At the beginning of April our company started the construction of a residential building on Modřínová Street in Třebíč. It is a 6-storey apartment block with 25 housing units with 2-room and kitchenette (2kk) and three-room and kitchenette (3kk) layouts. The building will primarily serve as starter and social housing. Construction work will run until October next year. The investor of the project is the town of Třebíč.
