New commission – reconstruction of the eating facilities at the Pardubice Regional Hospital

This week our company signed a contract for a commission called “NPK a.s., Pardubice Regional Hospital - Reconstruction of the Eating Facilities”.
Reconstruction will take place during the site’s full boiler operations and will be performed in 3 phases, taking 12 months to complete. The main construction modifications will be made on the 1st and 2nd floors, with an overlap reaching as far as the roof and the ground floor. The building’s purpose for use will not change, a newly designed boiler and boiler facilities are located on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor will include a newly established method of tableting, including space for cold dishes and a comfortable employee canteen. The structural modifications consist of layout changes and the execution of all installations (air conditioning, sanitary, electrical, heating, low voltage, measurements, and regulations) for the location of the gastro-related tech.
We will open the construction site and begin our work on 1.7. The value of the work is about CZK 38 million and the investor is the Region of Pardubice.
