Initiated the construction of a new apartment building

At the beginning of June, our company, RONELI Stavby SE, initiated construction on the “Apartment Building Formanská” project. This three-storey apartment building and its monolithic structure will include 28 apartment units, with spaces ranging from 1 bed + kit. to 3 bed + kit.

Groundwork and securing the network hook-ups are currently underway. The completion of this entire project will take 18 months, meaning it will be finished by the end of 2021. The investor for the entire project is the Rezidence Stříbrná zahrada s.r.o. company (Silver Garden Residence) and the total volume of the work will cost nearly CZK 70 million.
