Construction of accommodation facilities in Klamovka, Prague

Our company, RONELI Construction SE, was successful in being selected as the general contractor for a construction project called “Accommodation Facilities Klamovka”.

At the corner lot of Plzeňská and Podbělohorská, a new seven-storey building was completed over 20 months, and it will serve both accommodation and commercial purposes. For our company, this is quite the prestigious commission, not only in terms of its architectural depiction and location but also in terms of the total volume of the work, which is estimated at about CZK 100 million. Work is expected to begin in November of this year and it should be finished by the end of 2021. The investor for this project is the company Xerion, s.r.o.
