Construction of new headquarter office for KODYS spol. s r.o. company

This week our company RONELI SE has succeeded in tender for turnkey delivery of new headquarter office for KODYS spol. s r.o. company.

The new building will be located in Praha 5, just beside Motol castle. Currently there is an old building on the site that will be fully demolished and new three storey administrative building and parking for 25 cars will be built instead. Works will be started on 1st of March 2019 and should be finished by January 2020. The total value of the contract exceeds CZK 50 million.
