Companies Bohemia – new support on the Russian market

We have strengthened our international activities in the Russian Federation. Together with our Russian partners we have founded a new company. It is a joint-venture company o.o.o. Bohemia, located in Moscow, where 51% of shares is owned by Roneli and 49% of shares belongs to Russian partners, company MBS RUS.

The new company´s objective is to offer Russian market a concept of Bohemia brewery, microbrewery technology and also supply of industrial turnkey breweries. Currently Bohemia has been working on a project of a restaurant with microbrewery based on the concept of Bohemia brewery in Fryazino not far from Moscow. The general contractor will be company Roneli and the operator company Bohemia.
