Art Club Praha Lipence

Art Club Praha Lipence is the name of a new project realized by Roneli Company. It covers a construction of seven exclusive villas in a gated complex with a common concept, but its own originality for the most demanding clients. Roneli engineers are working on a pilot Villa A, which includes construction of infrastructure and roads. The current budget is 18 million CZK with completion date by the end of 2015.

This exceptional project of timeless housing is situated on a land between streets Černošická and Oddechová. Privacy of this land and interior is ensured by trees and grown greenery. Visual and spatial relationships together with artistic elements of the villas create a distinctive character and identity of every part of the grounds.
