Construction of a development and testing centre for Avaps s.r.o.

Our company has signed a contract for the construction of a development and testing centre for Avaps s.r.o. in Klecany, a company specialising mainly in the development, manufacture and installation of fire shutters. For more information about Avaps, please visit www.avaps.cz.

The new building will be located within the existing corporate facility and will be used for the development and testing of new products and for training. It is a single-storey steel structure clad in sandwich panels and with a saddle roof. The hall will also feature a two-storey built-in structure, housing a control room, changing rooms with sanitary facilities and a closet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there will be a training room connected to the development office and a small kitchen. The main feature of the development and testing centre will be a vertical test wall furnace fired by natural gas and designed for testing the fire resistance of the products that are being developed.

The project is scheduled to be launched in November 2017 and is expected to be completed within four months.
